About
Mr. Mortensen, a founding partner of the firm, has been representing both private and public sector employers in labor law matters for over thirty years.  Mr. Mortensen has concentrated his practice in the areas of union avoidance, collective-bargaining, NLRB litigation and arbitration. 

Mr. Mortensen is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.  He has published various comments and articles regarding NLRB case law developments and recommended management approaches to Equal Employment Opportunity issues.
